this is a great video and such an important topic! for me right now especially. for all my bragging about never getting sick and how i was honestly thinking my emotional states are totally cool now that i allow them. and i boldly stated that i trust my senses and i indicated that everything is ok now that i do... well thats kind of true maybe but i should know by now that every time i feel like i'm reaching mastery i get another bunch of lessons.
